Builds not work when running 7.0 presentation in 4.0 due to type of builds.

Cause:

The only type of build that exists in 4.0 is a bulleted-list build.

Solution:

When using a PowerPoint 7.0 presentation in PowerPoint 4.0, do NOT use builds other than bulleted-list builds. NOTE: Bulleted-list builds are the only type that will work in PowerPoint 4.0. All other types of PowerPoint 7.0 builds are ignored in PowerPoint 4.0.
